You remember when that happened, right?

You remember that book we had
when we went to college at Sarah Lawrence?
We used to cut the pages out
and hang them on the walls all around our room.

We used to take the tape and make little rolls with it
hang the pictures with the tape loops.
Remember how to make a tape loop?
Wrap the tape around your finger 'till it touches the other end,
and then you stick it behind a piece of paper and it makes it stay up on the wall.

What about the time we didn't have a roll of tape
and we went to the A&P down on the corner and we stole one.
and we got caught!

And the guy who caught us, he was the manager
The same guy we saw on TV a week before
as the spokesperson for A&P
saying they were gonna pull all the poisonous Tylenol off the shelves

Remember how much we laughed
when we heard that his dog was kidnapped
while he was eating in a restaurant
Three guys pulled up in a four by four
and pulled over and took the dog
They kidnapped his dog right from the parking meter
And we laughed because
that's what he gets for tying his dog up to a parking meter

The sad part of the story is that
they took the dog up to an experimental scientific lab
where they were testing a out a new lip balm
fluid

And what they do is they put it inside a dog's ears
and see what the reaction is to the experimental stuff
Because the skin inside a dog's ears
are the same that's on human lips.

You remember when that happened, right?

Yeah, right.
